Second Degree Robbery Punishment

31 October 2012

Robbery is divided into two types:  First Degree Robbery and Second Degree Robbery.  First degree robbery was previously written about HERE.

Second degree robbery is any robbery that is not considered first degree robbery.  The punishment for second degree robbery is not as severe as first degree robbery, but it is still a serious crime to be charged with.  If convicted for second degree robbery, you can be sentenced to prison for 2, 3, or 5 years.

If you were charged with robbery, it is crucial to consult with an experienced Orange County robbery attorney.  At the Law Offices of Nam Q.
